The Film Campaign “Donbas Is Ours”: Slavyansk and Kramatorsk

The film campaign “Donbas Is Ours” took place in the frontline cities of Ukraine, Slavyansk and Kramatorsk on July 10-12, 2017. This is part of the project “Days of Ukrainian Cinema in Donbas” initiated by Ukrainian journalist and public activist Olena Cherednichenko, who joined the ARTFORUM in 2017.

The main goal of the project is to popularize Ukrainian cinema among the population of Donetsk and Luhansk Regions, promote the integration of Donbas into the cultural and humanitarian space of Ukraine by attracting its inhabitants to an audience focused on domestic cultural values, and form an active civic position among the inhabitants of the region where the war takes place.
